A Caregiver with the Heart to Care
Solomon’s Administration & Personal Care Senior Services Ministries, LLC, (SAPC Senior Services) exists to help seniors live their best possible life through faith based mentoring, coaching and training of their professional caregivers. By equipping, empowering and supporting caregivers it enables them to effectively assess the needs of seniors, implement care plans and provide non medical personal home care services with excellence. This is accomplished by applying wisdom obtained through the guiding principles of faith in Jesus Christ, to help develop the caregiver’s heart.
Experience and Credentials
Chiffon has 35 years of combined experience in Business Administration, Health Services, Customer Service, Property Management, with a focus in the last 16 years in Human Services providing excellent personal care and care management services to the elderly.
I have pursued excellence in my field having obtained Master Caregiver Certification from the American Caregiver Association and a certificate in Gerontology from Allegra Learning Solutions. I have also had training in Personal Care Home Administration at Temple University/DPW in 2014 and completed studies in Human Services with a certificate in Direct Support Professional at Delaware Technical Community College in 2013. I recently became an End of Life Doula earning my certificate through IAP Career College.
Having a heart to care is key to providing service that is effective and excellent . Having a heart to care means serving with Humility, operating in Excellence, being Accountable, building meaningful Relationships, and always remaining Teachable. Having skills is not enough. Your heart must be developed.
